Sie werden ungefähr 100 Meter von den schönsten, preisgekrönten Stränden in den Vereinigten Staaten sein, wenn Sie unseren Urlaub mieten. Sobald Sie unsere Eigentumswohnung betreten, wissen Sie, dass Sie den richtigen Ort zum Entspannen und Spielen ausgewählt haben. Der geräumige Grundriss befindet sich im 2. Stock eines dreistöckigen Gebäudes, wo Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ozean und den Sonnenuntergang genießen können.

*** Kürzlich aktualisiert mit neuen 43 "TV (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, usw. ... fähig), Blue Ray Player im Kinderzimmer (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, usw. ... fähig) ... ALLE NEUEN BETTEN INSTALLIERT AM 1. JULI 2018 !!

Unsere Einheit verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad, Kabel / TV und Zugang zur großen überdachten Veranda. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Vollbad und 1/2 Bad. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Queen-Size-Betten (mit TV) und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten (mit TV im Kinderzimmer / Blue Ray). Alle Bettwäsche wird gestellt. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, 40 "Flat Panel, Blue Ray). Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für sechs und die angrenzende Küche hat drei Barhocker und ist voll mit allen Ihren Kochbedürfnissen bestückt. Die Einheit hat auch eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Beachside Villas Komplex bietet eine familienorientierte Gemeinschaft, mit zwei Pools (einer für den Winter beheizt), beleuchtete Tennisplätze und Shuffleboard. Auf dem benachbarten Highway 30-A gibt es auch einen Fahrrad- / Wanderweg. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme können am Strand gemietet werden. Beachside Villas liegt zwischen Destin und Panama City in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Seaside Beach ist nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt und hat viele kleine, malerische Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Bleiben Sie bei uns und Sie werden die natürliche Schönheit von Floridas Smaragdküste erleben, wo der weiße Sand wie Zucker ist und das Golfwasser aquariumklar und smaragdgrün ist.

We had such a wonderful time! The property was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was ideal—close to the beach, great restaurants, and fun activities, but still peaceful and quiet in the evenings.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free Florida getaway!

My family and I were very comfortable here! The beds slept great, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked. Felt like a home away from home- but at the beach! The condos are tucked into a quiet area and that was a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the summer season on 30a. Nice and close to the beach too! We loved our stay!

Excellent stay and host

We’ve stayed in this development a couple times, but this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. The condo was very clean, quiet and peaceful which was precisely what we looked for. Communication with the host was top notch and very helpful. It was almost instant on most occasions. I would highly recommend this condo and if we come back again, this will be our first choice.

Amazing!!

The property was amazing! We had so much room, and everybody had their own space! The unit was so clean and updated. The balcony is huge, which was a nice feature! There are 2 pools on the property along with a tennis court. The access to the beach is a quick trip away with the free shuttle provided. The shuttle arrived quickly, and the drivers were so kind. The owner of the property was very communicative and responsive. We loved staying here and will definitely return!

Homeowner was so nice to work with and very responsive.

Property was in excellent condition along with the grounds. The mgmt at the property was so nice and wanted to make sure our stay was the best. Only thing I would recommend would be that there is a closer hose connection so you could rinse off before going inside.

Great stay!

We had a great stay and very positive experience coordinating our stay with Brian. He was really helpful and it was obvious he is committed to helping his guests have a good experience. The condo was very clean, updated and everything was in perfect working order. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. Overall the space was exactly what we needed and even nicer than we expected. The rooms were good sizes and there is lots of closet/storage space that isn’t obvious from the pictures. The owner’s suite with private bath was nice but we also really liked having the additional 2 bathrooms that shared a tub/shower. It’s closer to the beach than we thought from just looking at a map. We were close enough to easily run back to the condo whenever we needed throughout the day. Much thanks to Brian and his family for sharing their wonderful place!

Perfect Stay at Seagrove

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place at Seagrove. Communication with Brian was very easy and he was very attentive and helpful with recommendations around the area. The condo is in a perfect location where it’s a super easy walk down to the beach, the condo complex also has a golf cart shuttle that we took advantage of on the days we had more stuff to carry down to the beach. We utilized the pool and pickleball courts at the complex and both very nice and easy to use. We rented bikes onsite at the complex and they were very comfortable to ride and super convenient to have them right there. So many places to ride around that area. This is one of our favorite places to travel to and I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Birthday Beach Trip

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s sweet 16. It was the perfect place for 2 adults and 4 teens. They thought of everything!!! I have never stayed at another Vrbo that was more equipped than this one!! The best part was the communication with the owners not a property management company. They were always willing to answer any questions we had. They also offered us lots of information before our trip like bike rentals etc. We will always book this condo when we travel to 30A.

Perfect for kids!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids, 5 and under on our trip to Seagrove. We loved our stay and found everything as described on the VRBO listing. The condo was clean, which was important to us with a crawling baby around, and there was plenty of room for all of us, even multiple options for a spot for the pack n play! We appreciated the extra toys and chairs available, and Brian was so helpful throughout the trip by checking in regularly and offering tips for us to make our vacation a success! We hope to come back again soon!

Heavenly 2024 Spring Break

We had an amazing stay at this property! The property was spotless and very accommodating for a family of 5. The amenities were amazing and the property owners were great to work with.
