With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for groups to spread out while still enjoying shared spaces together.

Basement Level:
Features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two single beds, along with a full bathroom. This level also includes a living area and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Main (Middle) Floor:
Includes a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. From this level, step outside to access the private hot tub.

Top Floor:
The primary suite is located here, complete with a full bathroom, dual vanity mirrors, and a private sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. This floor also features a game room for added entertainment.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, the game room, and the private outdoor hot tub. Enjoy convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly from the property, as well as on-site parking for multiple vehicles.

We also have a high chair and pack and play in the house for guests to use.

You’ll also be just a short drive from Jay Peak Resort amenities, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer year-round.

No parties allowed
The Tram Base and Water Park are just a quick 5-minute walk from the property. A complimentary Jay Peak shuttle operates year-round, connecting the condos, Tram Base, and Stateside, with a convenient stop located right nearby. Please note that access to resort amenities is not included with your stay, but day passes are available for purchase directly through the resort.
