The Wellness Wing: Each booking at MindWell House includes access to a 2-Hour Thermal Wellness Experience for guests staying onsite. This includes access to our expansive custom cedar sauna with three tiers of seating and enough room to truly stretch out. Step out of the sauna into nature and immerse yourself in the outdoor cold showers. It’s a high-end wellness experience right in your own home that your hosts prepare for you.
