Its prime location also allows you to explore the surrounding area and plan excursions that will delight both young and old (Meursault, Beaune, castle visits, the wine route, etc.). Whether with friends or family, you'll enjoy the charm of the house, its garden, and its terrace with a view, ideal for sharing convivial moments.

The ground floor features a magnificent living room. The original materials (Burgundy flagstones, beams) enhance the space. You can relax in an open-plan living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a large flat-screen TV (Bose home cinema system), and a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Its highlight? A long wooden table perfect for sharing delicious meals and convivial moments.

Both living and dining areas open onto an enclosed garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards. Its numerous amenities allow you to enjoy a barbecue, read in peace, or play games with the family.

A first bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine) is also available.

Upstairs, you'll find an office area and a second bathroom/toilet. A spacious and cozy 26 m² bedroom, tastefully decorated and blending old-world charm with modern comfort, features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a flat-screen TV. Dedicated storage space is provided for your personal belongings. A second bedroom of 21 m², equally well-equipped and comfortable, will delight you.
