Jazz pours from venues just steps away, the evening air carries the warmth of Creole kitchens, and after dark the street transforms into something unmistakably New Orleans - alive with sound, light, and movement.

The space
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite carries New Orleans-inspired character throughout - design touches that nod to the city's creative culture, with everything you need for a self-contained stay within reach. A private entrance means you arrive and depart entirely on your own terms, and self check-in via smart lock keeps arrivals smooth at any hour. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heating keep the space comfortable through every season. Exterior security cameras cover the backyard, the front of the building, and the atrium, with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit also in place.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a king-sized bed dressed in fresh linens, with room-darkening shades to help you wind down or sleep in after long nights on Frenchmen. Hangers and an iron are available for keeping clothes pressed during your stay. A sofa bed in the living area comfortably accommodates a third guest - a natural fit for a couple, two friends, or a solo traveler who appreciates the extra room.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper home-cooked meal. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are at your disposal, along with cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper. A coffee maker and a supply of coffee are ready each morning, and the dining table gives you a comfortable place to eat at home.

Living & entertainment
The living area is a comfortable spot for downtime, with a TV for streaming and high-speed Wifi for staying connected. A dedicated workspace is ready for anyone who needs to get work done between outings.
