Peaceful, spacious one bed apartment in elevated position, with beautiful uninterrupted views of bay and gardens from secluded wrap around verandah. Easy access to two infinity pools and palm fringed beach (two minute walk). Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable airy indoor & outdoor spaces, super kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom. Dedicated parking but no passing traffic, steps or hills. A small secluded garden available for private sunbathing. Watch the sun & full moon rise over the bay. Bliss!
Lazy days spent in our quiet, spacious home is an investment in health. Relax on the private wrap around verandah before wandering through gardens to the pools or the palm fringed private beach only minutes away. Enjoy the sounds of palm trees which create a curtain of privacy.
Our apartment
The large open living space includes a stylish dining table seating four, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, smart tv and fast fibre internet. The fully equipped kitchen has a combination microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate storage area with washing machine.
The spacious bedroom with comfortable super king size bed, armchair, chest of drawers, and bedside tables with flexible lighting, has air conditioning. There is ample built in wardrobe and storage space and a small safe.
An en-suite bathroom has walk in shower, twin basins and a jacuzzi bath.
Doors from living and bedroom areas open on to large private wrap around verandah with beautiful uninterrupted views of Nonsuch Bay. Dining table and chairs, two armchairs and two loungers ensure there is a quiet space for you to relax. Watch the world go by and listen to the whispering palm trees which provide a further curtain of privacy at the side.
Outside Amenities
There is a dedicated parking space near, but no passing traffic which ensures peace and tranquility night and day.
Two infinity pools and a palm fringed beach are reached by a short gentle stroll through well maintained gardens. You may wish to pause and watch hummingbirds feed on exotic flowers.
A small outside area at the entrance to the property, which is not overlooked, is available for quiet sunbathing or reading in the shade of the gardenia tree.
