This charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo is perfectly situated on the canal, offering peaceful water views and a laid-back coastal atmosphere. Located on the second floor (please note: no elevator access), the condo provides added privacy and a quiet retreat after a day at the beach.

Inside, the bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, creating a cozy space to unwind. The living room is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families and small groups, offering a sofa sleeper plus toddler bunk beds (only bottom bunk is allowed to be used), making it ideal for couples with little ones or a small family getaway.

Pet lovers will feel right at home — this condo is dog-friendly (dogs only), so your four-legged family members can join in on the vacation fun. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed in this condo 45 pounds or under. An additional pet fee of $100 plus tax per dog does apply. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
