We have a bedroom suite on the first floor which is a rare find and is perfect for families staying with grandparents or anyone needing to avoid extra stairs. Two bedrooms upstairs also have full private baths. Guests' favorite feature is the massive front porch featuring a sitting area and rocking chairs with a beautiful view of Wilbraham Park.

Our bonus room is the entire third floor which makes for a really fun kids' space offering four twin beds and private bath with a claw-foot tub.

Location has lots to offer with West End Garage and bakery 3 doors down and restaurants the same distance the other way. Grab coffee at Exit Zero, breakfast at doc mikes, and pizza, liquor and dinner right at the end of the block. Location is perfect for year-round activities with all the events at the park, and enjoy the Christmas parade from the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Policies
Please carefully read the information below and determine if our house would be a good fit for your group. Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age. We are a non-smoking property which means no smoking inside the house, on the porch, or anywhere on the property. If you have smokers in your group we suggest you rent a different property. We do issue leases. If you misrepresent your group your lease will be voided, you will not have access to the property and no money will be returned. Comforters, pillows, blankets, mattress pads, kitchen towels, and bath mats will be provided. As with most Cape May house rentals, tenants bring their own bedsheets and towels. Local linen rental service information is provided for guests who prefer to have these items delivered.
