Corgie House is on one of the most special tree-lined streets in town, with its house length traditional porch allowing for days to be spent on it sipping iced tea, watching passersby, and listening to the hoofs of the horse-drawn carriages nearby. Within 1 block to the center of town and walking or biking distance to the beach, the location is perfect.

This large 7 bedroom and 3 full bath home has 2 formal family rooms and a second-floor all-season family room that has its own walk-up entrance and balcony. The house sleeps up to 18 with 3 king bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 queens, a bedroom with 1 full-on-full bunk and 1 full bed (perfect for kids), a bedroom with 1 queen bed, and a bedroom with 1 twin daybed. The house includes a fenced in backyard with grill and blackstone for dining al fresco.

Off-street parking is available in front of the house for one car and there is unmetered street parking in the area. Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday in June though mid-September.
