Forget your worries in this spacious and serene location. With 11 acres of bliss, this large one bedroom apartment welcomes your well behaved family pets. Featuring a fully equipped bright and spacious eat-in kitchen, dining area, large quiet bedroom and second entrance, laundry room, reading room, comfy leather sofas to make your stay memorable.
A large fenced area adjoins the bedroom for a safe play area for your furry friends.
The space
Your apartment is separated from the owner's home. It has it's own entrance and exit to your private and fenced back yard. With lots of parking space, you will feel complete privacy however, we are next door if there are any problems, supplies that you might need or if you just want to share a coffee.
The apartment is 932 sq. ft. or 87 sq meters on one level with no stairs. You can park right outside of your front door and you have control of the heating, air conditioning with free internet.
Additionally, we have 11 acres of wooded land with 2 kms of trails for you to explore. We are next to protected wetlands so it's very common to see deer, geese and in season, hawks, ducks, swans, eagles, turkey vultures, plus hundreds of song birds.
This is a one bedroom apartment so unfortunately, we cannot accommodate families with children for overnight stays. We are just a few minutes from the wonderful Village of St George with it's great restaurants, pubs, tea rooms and antique stores. Additionally, we're 8 minutes to Brantford, Cambridge or Paris for a great range of shopping, dining or exploring.
