Located near the newly developed Country Hills area, this larger home is intimately situated, backing onto plenty of green space.
Surrounded by five major parks and 4 plazas including Fairview park, everything you would want is within a short drive.
Located close to HWY/8 (2 merge locations), this home is conveniently located for any regions commute, whether it's anywhere in KW or the GTA.

This house is a duplex. Guests have access to the entire upper unit. The basement unit is rented separately. Each unit is completely separate and private from one another, including private entrances.

• Damage deposit of $500.
• No pets.

• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM.
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
No Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas only.
No Pets:
• We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property.
No Parties or Events:
• Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy:
• The house accommodates up to 6 guests. No additional guests without prior approval.
Cleanliness:
• Please treat the house as your own. We kindly ask you to leave it in a tidy condition.
• Take out the trash and load the dishwasher before you leave.
Damage:
• You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay. Please report any issues
immediately.
Parking:
• If applicable, please use the designated parking space. Be mindful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways.
Security:
• Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Children:
• If traveling with children, please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, and other potentially dangerous areas.
