- No parties or events. This home is intended as a peaceful retreat.

- Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am. Please be mindful of noise during these times.

- Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Please treat the apartment and building as you would your own home.

- No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

🧹 Care of the Space

- Please keep the apartment tidy during your stay.

- Before check-out, kindly dispose of rubbish and leave the space in the condition it was found.

- Any damage to the apartment, furniture, or fixtures must be reported promptly. Costs may be charged where applicable.

🐾 Pets

- Pets are not permitted at this property.

- Any unauthorised pet stay will incur a pet fee of $220.

🔑 Keys & Access

- Guests are responsible for all keys and building access fobs during their stay.

- Please note these supplies are intended to get you settled and may not last for the entire duration of your booking. They’re provided so you don’t need to rush to the supermarket upon arrival.

- If you would like to arrange mid-stay cleaning or restocking services at any point during your stay, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to assist.

👶 Portacot & High Chair

- A portacot and high chair are available upon request, subject to availability.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide linen or a mattress for the portacot. This allows parents to use familiar bedding and fabrics suitable for their child’s skin and sensitivities.

- The portacot is supplied with a padded base only. Please advise us prior to arrival if you’d like us to arrange either item.

This apartment is located in a vibrant, central neighbourhood. As with most inner-city locations, you may occasionally hear ambient city sounds from nearby cafés, restaurants, or public spaces.

For security reasons, please do not use the building mailbox for mail or parcels. We recommend using nearby parcel lockers if required.
