All bedrooms have a queen bed. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are not allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot (bring your own cot sheet) and a highchair can be provided upon request for a small fee.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests.
- Where are the bedrooms located?
Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor, and Bedrooms 2, & 3 are on the 2nd floor.
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two & a half bathrooms. Bathroom 1, located on the ground floor, includes a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Bathroom 2 is shared and features a walk-in shower and toilet on the second floor. Hot water is available 24/7.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the presence of stairs.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
Waste Bins: Bin collection is Friday morning — kindly place bins by the roadside on Thursday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
*Put all furniture back in its original positions
*All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
*All food and rubbish were removed and put in the external bins.
*BBQ turned off after use.
*Fridge – food removed, and shelves wiped.
