Just minutes from Labrador Beach and Marine Parade’s cafés and eateries, this welcoming coastal home sits within an easy walk of Ian Dipple Lagoon, a local favourite for calm swims and paddleboarding. Enjoy foreshore walks and sunset picnics along the Broadwater, with Harbour Town, Southport, and waterfront parklands also close by. Inside, the air-conditioned living area, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, private patio with a BBQ, and on-site parking ensure a comfortable, stress-free stay.
This two-level home is thoughtfully laid out to feel open, comfortable, and easy to live in, making it well-suited to families or groups. Downstairs, the living area offers plenty of room to unwind, with a generous sectional sofa and large TV creating an inviting spot for movie nights and downtime, complete with access to Netflix and Disney+ for easy evening entertainment.
The sleek kitchen is spacious and practical, with quality appliances, ample bench space, and a central island for casual meals and shared cooking. Nearby, the dining area opens directly to the private patio, where outdoor dining and the BBQ create an inviting setting for alfresco meals and long conversations in the fresh air.
Upstairs, all bedrooms are positioned away from the main living areas for added privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a private TV, and an ensuite for everyday convenience. Two of the additional bedrooms are each set up with two king single beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a single king single bed.
