Guest access
Our property is a Single detached 2 storey house and the basement is not available. To access the main unit, guests will enter through the front of the house using a key pad. Additionally, two parking spaces are available for guest use.
We kindly ask that all tenants and guests be considerate of noise levels to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all.

House Rules:
-No events or parties are permitted (maximum occupancy is 6 guests). A $2,500 fee will apply if law enforcement is called or complaints are made.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any necessary ozone treatment will be charged to you.
-Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
Shoes and pets are not permitted inside the house.
-Open flames or candles are prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules will incur an immediate eviction from the property.
