Upon entry, the bedroom is located to the left and features a king size bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Continuing down the hall, you’ll enter the living area with a queen size sleeper-sofa, comfortable chair, and a wall-mounted TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Just off the living space is a screened porch overlooking a walking path and peaceful lagoon. Behind the living area, a small dining nook includes a white round table with seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the living and dining areas and features stainless steel appliances, oak cabinets, and a unique backsplash. This villa is a great option for guests seeking a convenient location and a comfortable place to unwind near the beach.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Cats are not permitted. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.
