This flat is located in calm and secured residence with swimming pool, tennis court, petanque ground, direct access to the sea on foot (3min walk) and nearby shops (1,5km from the city center of St. Aygulf).
Beautiful air-conditioned apartment of 40m2 with southeast facing balcony cosists of a bedroom with king size bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet room and a large living room with a convertible sofa couch (queen size bed). Fully equipped kitchen : electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. You have the use of TV (TNT channel), ventilator, kitchen utensils and dishes, coffee pod machine, iron and ironing board as well as 2 bicycles and helmets.
This residence is few minutes from the city center of St. Aygulf where you can find the local shops. St. Aygulf is situated halfway between Cannes and St. Tropez and has many assets for a excellent holidays: nautical activities, amusement park (Aqualand, Lunapark), sports and cultural activities and also beautiful walk to do.I will be happy to advise you during your stay.
Check in from 3pm / check out up to 11am. 200€ refundable deposit. 60€ cleaning fee. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels 15€ per person. Tourist tax according to current rate. Animals not allowed. Non smoking apartment.
