Maravilla is one of the most popular family resorts in Destin with PRIVATE BEACH, 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, cornhole and more! If you'd like a fun way to explore more of the Destin area, you can also rent a golf cart.

This condo is our second home and we invite you to use it as your own. Our 3 bedroom condo is one of the biggest condominium floor plans available in Maravilla. It is open and airy with wood-look ceramic tile throughout (no moldy-mildew carpeting to worry about). It has a large forty-foot balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Our condo is the perfect place for your family to use alone or to share with friends.

Because we have 2 master suites, both with King-size beds, attached baths and HDTV’s, neither couple will have to sacrifice the “better bedroom.” The third bedroom is perfect for the children with twin size bunk beds. And of course, you will love the white sand Destin beach that is just footsteps away.

Master BEDROOM #1 and Attached Bathroom
The Master suite has a King size bed, 2 night stands, reading lamps, HDTV and attached balcony. The attached full bathroom has a custom tiled shower with a frameless glass door, hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

Master BEDROOM #2 and Attached Bathroom
The Master Bedroom 2 has a Pillow Top King size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, 2 night stands, reading lamps, HDTV. The attached full bathroom has a tub/shower combination, hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

BEDROOM # 3
Our third bedroom is a small bedroom which is perfect for children. It features twin-size bunk beds with regular mattresses (not those thin bunk mattresses). There’s also a small wardrobe for storing clothes (or toys) while you stay.

LIVING ROOM
In our main living area we have a very comfortable queen size sofa sleeper with reading lamps nearby, we also have a love seat, a chair and ottoman, which all provide ample comfortable seating for 8 . We also have an HDTV with digital cable channels, a DVD player and a full stereo. The living room opens up to our large balcony via sliding glass doors.

BALCONY
Our balcony is nearly forty feet long and features a table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The balcony faces east so you get the morning sun and afternoon shade, making it comfortable to sit outside on the balcony even in the afternoon.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN and DINING AREA
Our beautiful kitchen is like no other in Maravilla ! The kitchen has been reconfigured so there is much more counter space and many more cabinets. It features all granite countertops, a large single-bowl stainless sink and all stainless appliances. The refrigerator is built-in adjacent to the kitchen.

And of course, our kitchen is well-equipped with a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, a blender that will grind all of your ice for frozen drinks, and a George Foreman Grill. We have more than 16 plates, glasses, forks, etc. so you don't have to wash your breakfast dishes before you eat lunch. We have plenty of pots and pans and baking pans. We also supply many “extras” such as cleaning products, trash bags, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap.

The Dining area features a large table (with an extra leaf and 8 chairs).

For your convenience, we also have a washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board.
And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide free high-speed internet and WIFI.

We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved and set up each day (Mar 1-Oct 30).

Lastly, our condos are pet friendly! Any size dogs are welcome (yes, that means we welcome even large dogs). The dog walking area is just outside our door. There is a $250 per dog extra fee.
