The Boathouse accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed upstairs, a queen bed downstairs, plus a daybed and an air mattress.

Sea Studio features a California King bed and comfortably accommodates up to two adults. Please note that this is a studio-style accommodation with NO KITCHEN. The property offers wheelchair-accessible entry.

Guests have private access to the entire home, the waterfront outdoor areas, and the private dock. Please note that if you are planning to bring your own boat to this property, it is important that you reach out to Sea Maine for approval prior to booking to ensure homeowners have dock space available.

A Sea Maine team member will meet you upon check-in to deliver keys, give a tour of the home, and answer any questions you may have.

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
