Location 10/10. Beach very accessible out the back door and easy parking. Extremely clean. Interior upgrades and remodeled finishes, also really nice. BUT......there was NO air conditioning- not sure how that made it on to the listing as an amenity? Luckily the weather was a little cooler than expected and they provided 2 fans. True to other reviews, walls were very thin and floors would shake when the kids next door were running around- kinda crazy! If you need quiet, bring earplugs and a noise machine.

Great location

Loved the views of the beach and the sound of the waves at night. Great central location for day trips both north and south. The property manager is super responsive and check in/out was simple.

The condo is in a great location for day trips. Its a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. The day does not have to end, the beach is lite by lights on our roof most of the night. So you can do long walks or bonfires after dark. I always try to respond to guest as quick as I can so they don't waste a minute of their time to play or relax. Great location can wake up in the bed to look out to the beautiful ocean view with a sunrise. Just as beautiful at sun set. Easy Beach access. Just a wonderful stay, will be staying again!!!

The kitchen was great... we did not find any pot holders, so we used a kitchen towel to get stuff out of the oven. We did NOT go anywhere close to the pool, so I really can't rate it. We loved the location and walked the beach numerous times.

The property was cute and convenient with beautiful views of the waves. Great access to the beach. Pool area was nice but could use some updates and would be better with a hottub also. Overall was a great stay.

Quick beach vacay

Easy check in/out. Comfortable place, not fancy but has everything you need to relax. Perfect location with excellent views and beach access. Would most definitely stay there again! It was awesome, thank you!

Glad you had a good time! I try to make the check in and out easy for guests, so you can get busy with fun on the beach... I keep my phone by me at all times so that if a guest needs something, I can get it taken care of in a timely manner. I did let housekeeping know that they need to double check, to make sure things are guest ready. Patty
