Guest Loft Bedroom: Spiral Staircase leads you to the guest bedroom/bathroom. Located upstairs, features a Queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub.



Living Room: Sunken design and vaulted ceiling with plenty of seating including sofa sleeper and two recliners, and flat-screen TV with cable TV.



Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishware. Dining table seats six, with additional seating at the bar.

Private Balcony: Outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds.



Additional Amenities: Small workspace desk in primary suite, full-sized washer and dryer in laundry room on first floor by entryway, beach towels, wagon, and beach chairs included and stored in outside storage closet by front entry.

Pool & Sundeck: Located steps from the villa, open April 1–October 31 from sunrise to sunset. The sundeck overlooking the lagoon is open year-round.

Beach Access: Walk or ride a bike to the Palmetto Dunes Beach Access Boardwalk. Enjoy the Dunes Buggy service (seasonal free transportation) for easy trips to the beach, restaurants, and more.

Parking: Parking passes are required. 2 PALMETTO DUNES RESORT PARKING PASSES ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE GATED COMMUNITY. PARKING IS NOT ASSIGNED IN ST. ANDREWS COMMON. MAXIMUM of 4 PASSES PER STAY- ADDITIONAL PASSES ARE $45/PASS- REQUEST WITH HOST PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.

Dunes Buggy Service: March 13–March 31: 10 AM–8 PM; April 1–Labor Day: 8 AM–9 PM.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations on VRBO and direct bookings.

The Neighborhood:

Explore Palmetto Dunes Resort on 50 miles of protected trails for walking, jogging, or biking. Kayak or canoe your way around the calm 11-mile saltwater lagoon. Bikes, kayaks, beach and sporting equipment can be easily rented locally. The Dunes Buggy is a complimentary seasonal shuttle service (subject to resort availability) for those who prefer to catch a ride to destinations within Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove Marina.



Getting Around:

The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes/Villamare Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

No Smoking. No Parties. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room or to another. NO RV's, sprinter vans or shuttles. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured. Only St Andrews Common parking passes are permitted in parking lot. Other vehicles with passes from different complexes are subject to a citation or tow.



Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
