Nice, clean and spacious apartment steps from Old Montreal and other local and popular attractions. Check in was seamless and the place looked exactly as advertised. Plenty of parking both above and underground near by. We walked everywhere & would highly recommend this unit as a great place to stay.

Good location for walking around Old Montreal. There was no internet during our stay, which meant no TV also since it was a smart TV. Host was not very helpful in fixing the issue. VRBO was not helpful in arraigning for a partial reimbursement.

The carpet was dirty, the internet did not work, no place to put our suit cases, only one towel per person, no paper towel & no towel to dry our dishes, need I go on! It was the worst VRBO that I have ever stayed in!

This property was well situated for our needs, and very safe and secure. There is paid parking directly a cross the street that allowed us to go in and out as we needed. There is paid apartment was very clean and charming. Bed was very comfortable, the shower was wonderful and I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit to use whenever we needed it. They had most things that we needed to cook meals when we wanted. Having a keurig machine and a hot water kettle for tea was great! Nice comfy couch to watch TV on……it really felt like home for the five days we were there!!! We will DEFINITELY rent this again! The hosts werewonderful, very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for places to sight see and to eat.

More instructions about parking are needed. Better communication about where the apartment is in relation to the convenience store is neededThe apartment is beautiful! Darren was responsive, but I felt like I was fending for myself with parking. I hope I dont get a fine. He told me my parking lot had a 24 hour attendant, but it did not. Also, most other VRBO’s have an 11am check out. This one was 10am. The Cleaning lady came in and was shocked to see me. I felt badly. I would suggest this property, but if I end up with a parking fine, I would not

When we arrived there was no internet. Informed the host. We were told it would be looked at. Never got fixed. No communication after our check in date except to tell us of the wonderful location we were in. TV not working. No dish towels, only one set of keys, no top sheet on bed. Letting us know where we could get secure parking would have been helpful. Host asked us to give a five star rating for a 5% discount.
