The kitchen offers ample bench space and is well equipped with an electric oven, 4-burner cooktop (please note the Aga stove shown in photos is not in operation), microwave, dishwasher, dual sink areas, a walk-in pantry, freezer, and a separate walk-in cold room. A fully equipped laundry includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, and cleaning equipment.

Also on the ground floor is a queen bedroom with en-suite, along with a powder room and an additional WC.

Upstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms and two bedrooms with twin single beds (one with an en-suite), plus a spacious shared bathroom. The master suite features a large walk-in robe and a generous en-suite with twin basins, double shower, full-size bath, twin WCs, and an infra-red sauna. Four bedrooms open onto a terrace overlooking beautiful Lake Baroon.
