Other Things to Note

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor entrances and outdoor areas only. Backyard, Garage Entrance and Front Door Entrances.

→ Quiet Hours 11 PM to 7 AM everyday. Violation will result in $1000+ fine and cancellation.

→ Smoking Policy
Smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $1,000+ fee for odor removal and deep cleaning.

→ Cleanliness & Care
Excessive mess, damage, or failure to follow basic cleanliness standards may result in a $1,000+ charge, including but not limited to stains, trash left behind, or damaged furniture.

→ Unregistered Guests
All guests must be registered on the reservation. A $100 fee per night per unregistered guest will apply.

→ Pets policy: Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. $149 charge per pet will be charged. This is for deep cleaning and to keep the house allergen free for future guests.

→ Any pet over 25 lbs has to be approved through the host.

Any violation will result in a heavy fine to deep clean the house and repair any damages.

→ Smart TV
Smart TVs are provided but streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests may use their own logins and are asked to log out before checkout.

→ Service animals are exempt as per Airbnb guidelines. There will still be a $149 pet cleaning fee per pet for deep cleaning.
