**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 25% service fee of the total rental amount ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Leighton Rentals undertakes to re-let the property the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Leighton Rentals and the Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation undertaken at any time shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Leighton Rentals.
