Luxus am Meer in Dennis Port! Willkommen im Shore House. Dieses geräumige Haus wurde gerade komplett renoviert und ist bereit, Ihre Gruppe von 12 oder mehr aufzunehmen. Das Haus verfügt über eine brandneue Küche mit neuen Geräten und hochwertigen Quarzit-Zählern sowie über alle neuen Badezimmer. Central AC wurde installiert, damit Sie sich immer wohl fühlen. Entspannen Sie in den beiden Wohnbereichen mit TV und neuen Möbeln und Betten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hauptebene mit einem eigenen Bad sowie zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein großes, super cooles Kinderzimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten sowie einem Queensize-Bett und einem Futon. Es gibt auch einen weiteren Loft-Wohnbereich mit einem Fernseher und einer absolut massiven 8-Personen-Schlafcouch für einen zweiten Treffpunkt.

Draußen haben Sie eine Terrasse sowie eine Terrasse und eine neue Außendusche. Die Terrasse verfügt über eine Feuerstelle, um die kühlen Abende am Kap zu genießen. Der üppige, bewässerte Rasen lädt zum Spielen oder Entspannen ein. Natürlich ist der Strand 2 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße hinunter. Die Nachbarschaft ist eine klassische Strandgemeinde ohne Verkehrssorgen. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang zur Sundae School, um am Abend ein Eis zu genießen, oder fahren Sie etwas mehr als 1,6 km in die Innenstadt von Dennis Port, um dort zu essen und einzukaufen.

We were a mixed group meeting up for a wedding. 9 adults and 1 child, the house was perfect and we had the best time. Super close to the beach and lovely neighborhood to walk in. The house was super clean and easy to check in/out. Great stay!

7 adults stayed here for a family wedding at The Pelham house. It was plenty big for us and the house is just as advertised- beautiful -and the beds were all comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This property was the perfect home for our return to the cape after 15 years. The home layout was perfect for our 3 families to come together under one roof and there was easily room for more. Kitchen was completely appointed, lacked nothing. Perfect mid cape location with short walk to beach and fabulous restaurants. Loved this property

Memories of the Cape

I brought my family to the Cape so they would enjoy fun memories as I did as a child. The house was beautiful and very spacious for 7. A short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, although some closed since it was the end of September. Would recommend this house.

Peaceful Thanksgiving in Dennisport

Beautiful staging and decor, close to beach and loved having a fire pit. Second floor ideal for children. Some glitches with power issues but property management quickly responsive. Very quiet neighborhood in fall.

Perfect spot for old friends reconnecting for a Pelham House wedding

Four couples stayed here for two friends' wedding weekend at the Pelham House. Couldn't ask for a better location or house to share lots of laughs, reminisce and make new memories. Super quick walk (even in heels!) to the Pelham House and convenient to the adorable Harwichport Center which offered cute lunch options, nail salons for wedding prep and cute boutiques for shopping, even in the off season. House was clean and spacious. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful home, comfy mattresses in 1st floor bedrooms (we did not use 2nd floor beds). More than enough outdoor seating in the sun and in the shade. TV in every bedroom assures all occupants can view their streaming preference. Short walk to Sea St Beach is awesome for beach lovers! Be sure to visit Sundae School ice cream which is in walking distance. Thank you for allowing the canine family member to join us. The neighborhood walks were quite enjoyable.

Great house

We had a group of 5 adults and 4 kids, and we all enjoyed this house more than any of the ones we've stayed at in previous years. Plenty of room, nice finishes, and the kids really enjoyed the outdoor shower! The only downside was house noise audible in the downstairs bedrooms, but that was easily solved by placing the bathmat to block the opening under the bedroom door. Property managers were easy to work with. Overall, we would definitely rent this house again.

Great vacation home!

The house was terrific. Great open floor plan. Nice front BBQ area. Great fire pit and lovely back deck. We do have a few requests. 1. Make sure all tv remotes and TVs are working. 2. Back dining room sliding glass door was very dirty. 3. Need reading lamps in each bedroom. Could not read in bed. 4. Mirrors in the bedrooms are a must. We all wanted to use the only 2 mirrors in the house. They were located over the bathroom vanities.

The Shore House is a beautiful beach themed home that had a perfect set up for us. A complete kitchen which was nice to cook in and a large table for everyone to eat at or just play games. There is a cozy sitting area with a TV, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds , and 2 full baths . Upstairs it has a great room with a large Tv and perfect seating for a large group to enjoy their favorite show or like us, the MBA FINALS! There is a kids room with a sofa futon , twin beds and a full bed we didn’t need , but it was cute. All the bedrooms have a TV. There’s a 1:2 bath upstairs which is convenient. There are lots of outdoor furniture to sit, barbecue, and enjoy the Cape Cod weather. The beach really is a 2 minute walk to see a classic sunset. The Sundae School Ice Cream shop is up the street and this home is near town. It’s also near roads that can easily take you around the cape. We especially loved the Pirate Minature Golf place , The Lobster Pot and Cape Cod State beach in Provincetown. They had sea lions swimming and the water was ok to swim in.This was a bucket list vacation and it didn’t disappoint. This peaceful, lovely home was a perfect choice! Thank you. We so enjoyed it!
