The Space
Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, this two-bedroom villa features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and includes a smart TV.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect for cooking at home, while high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, and in-villa laundry make it ideal for short or longer stays. Step outside to relax in the private outdoor area and enjoy the alpine views.

Guest Access
Guests have full, private access to the entire villa, including bedrooms, bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, private outdoor space, and one dedicated car park. Items left after check-out can be shipped at the guest’s expense; please double-check the property before leaving.
OUTDOOR AREA

Dear Guests

Kindly note our house is located within a residential area.
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.

As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:

• No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

• All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am
