The ground floor welcomes you with a bright, open-plan living area featuring quality furniture and all of the ammenities you`d wish for to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The modern, well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals with ease. For your year-round comfort, the home includes a heat pump for heating and air conditioning. Step outside to the patio, it`s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while contemplating the day ahead.
Upstairs, you`ll find two bedrooms designed for a restful night`s sleep, complete with high-quality linens and room-darkening shades. The modern bathroom features heated towel rails for your comfort.
