Important before booking: Sapphire Serenity is available for stays of 30 nights or longer only. This is a long-stay property — designed for snowbirds, remote workers, and guests who want to settle into Holmes Beach for a month or more.

The great room's entire glass wall retracts completely — inside and outside become one flowing space, opening to the heated pool on one side and a covered patio with retractable awning on the other. This is the defining architectural feature of the home, and it works in both directions: the pool deck extends into the great room, and the great room extends onto the pool deck.

The pool has three cascading water walls, blue and white mosaic tile, built-in loungers, and a sun shelf. A mature palm grove surrounds the yard — towering palms and tropical foliage that create complete privacy in a residential neighborhood.

The kitchen was designed for serious cooking. Professional gas range, prosumer appliances throughout, pearl iridescent mosaic tile backsplash, dark granite countertops, an LED-lit curved island, and a second galley-style prep area with beverage refrigerator. The built-in wet bar has its own full-size refrigerator, freezer drawer, bar sink, and bar dishwasher — the kind of detail that only happens when owners design a home for themselves.

The formal living room has white leather power recliners with USB charging, an electric fireplace, and custom coffered ceilings with millwork. The formal dining room seats six to eight at a glass-top table with palm-leaf carved chairs — one of the most distinctive dining rooms in any vacation rental on the island.

The home is 2,181 square feet on a single level — no stairs. Two bedrooms plus a bonus room sleep six. The primary suite has a king bed, walk-in shower with dual showerheads, double-sink vanity, and a private water closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The bonus room has a built-in work area and a twin daybed with trundle — the right remote work setup for extended stays. Three full bathrooms throughout. Dedicated laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

White Avenue beach access is approximately 17 houses away — one of the quieter, less-trafficked beach accesses on Anna Maria Island. The free island trolley stops nearby. Publix, seafood markets, and restaurants are close.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

Sapphire Serenity requires a 30-night minimum stay.
