Located in beautiful Portarlington, this fully renovated property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry as well as plenty of room for cars, boat or jetski. Sit and relax on the verandah and watch the sunset and sunrise.
The peaceful location is just a short walk from the beach and town. This is a wonderful home to enjoy all year round.
Some rules to consider before booking:
Please enter and exit the property respectfully. The noise levels must be in
consideration of adjoining properties between 10pm and 8am. All guests are
expected to behave in a manner that does not interfere with our awesome
neighbors.
Please leave the house as tidy as it was when you arrived. All damages will
be deducted from guest Bond deposit.
All used bedding, linen and towels on last day can be left in laundry.
All rubbish from the house needs to be taken out to external bins before
departure.
Please wash your dishes and put away, extra cleaning fees may apply.
Please do not rearrange furniture unless approved by the host
BBQ must be cleaned or a fee of $100 will be deducted from bond
Strictly no parties permitted for any gatherings/schoolies on premises
Strictly no pets
No smoking inside the property
Any unsociable behavior or illegal activity may result in Police being
called and being requested to vacate, with complete forfeit of bond.
Any broken or missing items from property, will be replaced from guests bond security deposit. Full inventory will be done post departure. Any damages or stains to property, will also be repaired by deduction from guests Bond security deposit.
Only those guests named on the Booking may be on the premises between 10pm and 8am.
Valid Drivers Licence Photo ID required prior to arrival day, must be over
25 year olds to secure booking.
A security deposit of $1,000 must be received to receive access details
to the home.
We reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately and to remove guests
who breach any of the above conditions. In these cases, no refund will be due for money paid including Bond, and we will not be responsible for finding nor funding alternate accommodation.
We will not be responsible for any other associated costs.
