We were thoroughly impressed with the condo. Furnishings were like new and the kitchen was completely equipped. It was about a half mile walk or bike to the ocean but much faster by car if you could find a parking spot. We loved it and would come back.

Downstairs unit !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay. We wish we would’ve known ahead of time that it is a downstairs unit. Any time there were guests above us we heard every footstep- like someone was running a marathon above us. The microwave did not work, but the rental company was very quick with a fix. Location was great. Right behind Alexander’s and by the pool.

The unit was spacious and super clean. It was stocked with all the basic amenities we needed for the week. The included bikes was an added bonus! Centre Court is a quiet complex that feels a bit secluded but also very accessible to beach access or general store via bike or walking. Our only teeny complaint is this unit is first level so you can hear some noise from the unit upstairs. The unit is also oriented in a way that you get some road noise and car lights from the main road into Palmetto Dunes. Overall great stay!
