Nur 3-stöckiges (alleinstehendes) Gebäude mit einer 1500 qm großen Wohnung im 3. Stock und einer 1500 qm großen Wohnung im 2. Stock. Zugang zu beiden Wohnungen über privaten Eingang und Aufzug. Das Erdgeschoss ist ein Verkaufs- und Vermietgeschäft für Golfwagen.
Diese 3. Etage Wohnung verfügt über 18 ft. Decken mit offenen Balken. Alle Innentüren sind 8 ft. Hoch und Innenwände sind schalldicht. NG Kamin und Kochfeld, Granit, Marmor Boden bis zur Decke Duschen, 2 Badezimmer, Balkon, etc.

Absolutely the most perfect place to stay for a weekend wedding. The location was perfect and within walking distance to fun shops and restaurants. The owner was very communicative and responsive. As a self proclaimed “clean freak”, I was very impressed with the conditions of the property. Highly recommend!

Lovely, centrally located place!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving as my parents place was already full! This place is centrally located, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Plenty of space! would definitely rent again!!

A great getaway in Bluffton

This property was perfect for our stay. My niece and I were visiting family in Bluffton. The location is superb. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. And you are close to the beaches on the island. We will definitely stay here again. The online pictures are accurate. The condo is extremely clean and very appealing. It is a 10 out of 10.

Awesome Location, Awesome Place!!!

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks, and it was perfect! We WFH while we were there, but it was perfect to take breaks though out the day to walk to the shops, water, and restaurants. The condo was very spacious for 2 people and was very clean. The elevator came in handy to move in and out. The instructions for check in were very easy, and we had everything that we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Always Great!

This is not the first time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last! The space is large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and centrally located for walking around Old Town Bluffton. Communication with the owner is a breeze if you need anything, but the place is well stocked and perfectly set up.

Great place to stay

Super clean, and well-appointed. Location is super. If you are a light sleeper, and it is a weekend just be prepared. With that said, the music/noise of area quiets down at a reasonable hour so don't let that stop you. The property manager(S) were helpful and easy to contact. I took ill during my stay and I ended up in hospital and they were very accommodating! Definitely will stay here again!

Top-Notch Property

The property looks exactly like the photos, and the location couldn't be better; it's within a very short walking distance of many restaurants and cute shops. The unit was very clean and well-appointed, the bed was comfortable, and there's an elevator so you don't have to lug your bags up and down two flights of stairs. The check-in is super easy, and you enter via keypad, so you don't have to deal with keys. Highly recommend!

Beautiful weekend in Ole Town Bluffton. This property rocks. Well maintained and clean. Wonderful location right in the heart of Bluffton. Close to all restaurants and Tanger outlets. This is a gem! Weekend Getaway

First trip to Bluffton - this property is right in the heart of old Bluffton. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, quick ride to Hilton Head and easy commute to Savannah. Plenty of room, the hosts were gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!
