The interior of the condo boasts a bright, spacious layout with stylish modern decor and new flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinets, counters, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A large living room with a big-screen TV and comfortable seating is perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. For guest convenience, the unit also includes air conditioning, a full-size washer and dryer, an air mattress and high-speed internet.

The primary suite features a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom offers versatility as 1 King Bed or two twin beds. Guests renting this specific unit have the premium advantage of being sponsored by a golf member, which means you can purchase passes to access the resort's wide array of facilities. Access includes multiple indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, and the exclusive Nicklaus Design golf course. An additional fee payable to Ocean Edge upon arrival applies for these passes.

From this prime location, you are just a short drive from local public beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and charming Brewster shops and restaurants. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Golf Tee times & Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children s activities throughout the Villages. Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
