Your SERVICE.
🌴 Private Butler (8 hours/day): Your Female English Speaking Butler will work exclusively for your group in your own villa providing daily support with housekeeping, meal preparation, reservations and concierge services, and personal laundry arrangements. Your Butler can help out with your kids during the day (should you want to have a quick lunch or massage child-free). They can stay on for extra hours at a small hourly fee should you want extended babysitting).
🌴 Night Security Team: On duty from 5pm to 7am, 7 days a week.
🌴 24/7 Guest Support: Your dedicated Guest Relations Manager is always available.
🌴 Private Driver Airport Pick Up: One Complimentary car for stays of 5+ nights. For stays under 5 nights, transfers are available for 300k IDR (approx. $30 AUD) per trip.

* Standard Butler working hours are 8 am - 4 pm or by negotiation. Overtime hours will incur a extra small hourly fee.
** Cost of meals is at an additional cost and can be found on our in-villa menus [HERE].
Meals cannot be prepared on day of arrival due to time restraints.
*** Guests that wish to check in after 9 pm will be required to use our driver service at the applicable charge should it not be included as part of your stay.
****Additional Guests are charged at $50 AUD per night per person.
Infants (under 2 years old) and who are Included in the guest quota are eligible for a complimentary cot, stroller & highchair.
Infants (under 2 years old) who exceed the included guest quota will be charged a nightly fee of $10 AUD per night which will include; a cot, stroller & highchair bundle.
