Perfect for families or groups, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo sleeps up to 8 guests, offering thoughtfully designed spaces for privacy, relaxation, and unforgettable moments by the shore.

The primary suite features a king bed and its own private space for kids or young adults with two twin beds, all sharing the primary bathroom—creating a mini-suite within the suite. Two additional bedrooms each offer king beds, providing restful retreats for other guests.

Step onto the shaded balcony to soak in stunning views of the Gulf and the pool area, the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Guests enjoy access to three sparkling pools, two hot tubs, two fire pits, a fitness center, and the lush 23-acre grounds. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the beach, or relaxing inside this beautifully appointed condo, Sanctuary by the Sea 1122 blends comfort, elegance, and coastal charm seamlessly.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.


Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!!  Smoking on property could result in eviction.
