We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin’s unique character, cleanliness, and peaceful setting, and we appreciate your thoughtful feedback. We’re sorry some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. After your visit, we replaced the outdoor cushion storage box with a more durable option to better protect the seating area from the weather moving forward. As noted in the listing, the cabin’s rural location can occasionally impact WiFi reliability, though new high-speed internet service has recently become available in the area, and we’re exploring upgrades for a better guest experience.
