Understand your damage deposit: A $500 deposit is collected at the time of rental. This deposit will be held and fully refunded automatically within 14 days of your departure. provided:
- No Damage is done to the home or its contents and that all furnishings are kept in good order including outdoor items and the boat house.
-No charges for missing or broken items, evidence of pets and or smoking, or collection of rent or services rendered during your stay.
- Rental close out check list is completed at time of departure to include stripping all beds, dirty dishes are place in the dishwasher and cleaned.
- No linens and or towels are lost or damaged
- Home is left locked on all levels
- No disturbance reported by either authorities or neighbors
- All trash, debris, cardboard or any other debris is placed in outside trash can and left at street for pick up.
- The Renter is not evicted from the premises for any reason
