You`re surrounded by beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants and of course the iconic Split Point Lighthouse. We are perfect for families, couples and pets! We hope you make wonderful memories here.

This self contained beach shack is part of a complex of units situated right next to the water.

It comprises of:
- open plan living/dining/kitchen
-1x queen bedroom
-2x single beds (can be pushed together)
-1x bathroom/ laundry with shower and washer/dryer combines (no bath)
-split system heating and cooling in living area
-oil heaters in each bedroom
-electric blankets on all beds
-deck area with bbq
-parking for one under carport plus free street parking and guest spaces available

******Pet Friendly******Please note there is no self contained/fenced outside area, so you can`t let your dog roam unleashed outside. Pets are welcome inside and they can be leashed outside.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
