This beautiful condo boasts a sunny south-facing patio and is just 20 steps away from the community pool and spa. The living area features a large sectional sofa, a 55-inch TV, and a fireplace for cooler nights. The dining room, conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, offers ample seating for six adults. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your meal preparation needs, including a 3-burner barbecue and the necessary barbecue tools. Additionally, the centrally located atrium allows extra sunlight to brighten both the living space and the guest bedroom.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, a 40-inch TV, a ceiling fan, a large closet, and shutters for those who prefer to sleep in late. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanity sinks, natural light, and a step-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed and a 42-inch smart TV. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the front office, which also has an additional bed for overnight guests.



OUTDOORS

The south-facing patio includes a dining table that comfortably seats six adults, along with a three-burner Weber grill, sectional seating, and two chaise lounges for sunbathing. A kitchen window provides convenient access to a bar, ideal for entertaining outdoors. Additionally, the community pool and spa are just 20 feet away.
