This bright condo has an ideal floor plan, perfect for a vacation. The updated kitchen features new appliances, new cabinets, and a breakfast bar. It has everything you need to prepare all of your meals. The kitchen transitions to the living room, where you and your loved ones can sit and enjoy the 50-inch Smart TV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. The living room comfortably seats 6 guests. This condo also features a new washer and dryer, along with two parking spaces, one of which is covered.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 43-inch Smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 43-inch TV, a large walk-in closet, and views of the green belt. Beth bedrooms have ample lights from large sliding glass doors.



The patio is a beautiful spot that overlooks a lush green area with the community pool and spa just 60 yards away! It's equipped with a 5-burner BBQ grill, a dining table for 4, and a fire feature for cooler nights. You can soak up the sun or relax in the shade under the patio umbrellas. Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a Clubhouse. There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.

One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.

Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.

Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.

Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.

Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.

Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.

Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
