We are right on the beach & have 3 access points right from our building (no road to cross, less than a 4 min walk.) We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and sand toys for an amazing day on the beach. 🏖️

Our community pool just reopened in Summer 2025 after a year-long renovation - it is simply stunning! Located right on the water, this gulf side oasis is the closest pool to the gulf on all of Sanibel. It offers unparallelled ocean views, a nice breeze, and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to provide relaxation and shade. Best of all, this pool is FREE to use throughout your stay!

Sundial Resort and Spa is now offering Daycation Passes for purchase that include access to their pool and all resort amenities for the day! The value-packed pass includes: pool with pool slide, beach access, beach chair and umbrella service, parking, bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, fitness center, poolside games, beach volleyball, kids’ activities, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and dining credit at Turtle’s Tiki Bar or Beach Bites. There are four amazing restaurants that you can visit at anytime throughout your stay, no Day Pass purchase required!

1) Turtles Tiki Bar - right on the beach, great views, food and drinks! We love having lunch here at least once during our stays.

2) Beach Bites - This is located near the pool and offers pizza, sandwiches, calzones, and ice cream.

3) Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar - open Wed-Sun from 5-9pm, this popular steakhouse offers great sushi, fun for your family, and incredible ocean views from the newly renovated Sushi Bar. Make reservations early to secure a hibachi table for your group!

4) Captain's Catch: Dinner served daily from 5-9pm and offers seafood and steak to ensure everyone finds something they love.

MARKETPLACE at SUNDIAL:

This incredibly convenient beachfront shop offers a Starbucks Coffee Shop, sandwiches, a limited selection of grocery items, and some fun souvenirs to bring home to your loved ones. You can also find beach and pool essentials here like sunscreen, pool toys, and much more! Open daily 6am - 4pm

PICKLEBALL & TENNIS:

Sundial boasts the largest pickleball facility in the area, complete with sixteen Plexicushion courts, newly resurfaced in 2023, and stadium seating. This popular, fast-growing sport combines aspects of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong and has become a favorite of both recreational players and competitive athletes. Lessons and clinics are offered at the beautiful waterfront facility, voted one of the top pickleball resorts in the nation. Learn to play, join a round-robin, or let us tailor a pickleball vacation for your group. Open Play is offered daily from 9-11 am, and daily drills and clinics are also offered.

Awarded Best Tennis on Sanibel & Captiva Islands, four state-of-the-art HydroGrid clay courts, newly resurfaced in 2023, offer guests the best playing surface in paradise. With tennis programs, lessons, match pairing, and tournaments, Sundial Tennis is perfect for players of all ages and skill levels.

Sundial E304 guests can purchase day passes to enjoy any of these courts by going to the Pro Office near the Marketplace. Passes are currently $20/person and court reservations are highly recommended. Open play at 9am.
