We can only fix what we are aware of. Please know the owner is replacing, this week, the living room sectional, chair, area rug and master bedroom area rug. We do not expect our guests to wash linens, however we do ask that guest are mindful and try to not leave more than two loads as the cleaning crew has limited time prepping the condo for incoming guests. Please know nothing is expected of our guests upon departure, however anything that is done is greatly appreciated. I understand our cleaner did go back during your stay, however it appears it was after you had already washed the damp towels. Please know in future, that we are available 24/7. We can only fix what we are aware of. We’re equally disappointed to hear your comments as we not only had the property cleaned, but also inspected. We did see the review you mentioned thus why the owner of the cleaning company bleach all linens herself. All linens were cleaned and bleached on November 22nd with you being the next guest to arrive. I personally appreciate you giving me the opportunity to meet you at the condo during your stay. As I mentioned then, we did have the condo area rugs and upholstery professionally cleaned 2 times since September 22nd. Again, we apologize for the disappointment you experienced. Please know we value your input and appreciate the care in conveying helpful suggestions. Feedback such as yours is what makes a great condo, exceptional. Providing guest with a positive experience is a top priority of ours and our owners. Regarding the washer and dryer... space is limited thus hindering the ability to provide a larger machine, however, please know the owners are working to find a better washer and dryer option. I will pass on your suggestion regarding adding an espresso machine. This may have been done already, but will look into it. Regarding cable… some associations limit cable options that can be provided. Bringing a Firestick or Roku is always a great option.
