The primary bedroom has a King bed, a monitor for use with a laptop or computer, and an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bunk. This bedroom has access to a hallway full-size bath with a single sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo. There is a stack washer-dryer in the hallway closet. Hardwood Floors and Radiant heat throughout. There is a deck with an outdoor table and 4 chairs, plus a BBQ Grill.

Complex Features: The Atelier condominium complex is located on Old Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley Lake. Atelier condos are within walking distance of the Sun Valley Village as well as the Sun Valley Pavilion. There is a free shuttle that picks up about 2 blocks away that will transport you to Bald and Dollar Mountains and downtown Ketchum.

Sun Valley Resort amenities are NOT included. This condo has NO pool access during the winter season of 2025-2026. Starting summer season 2026, pool access and other Sun Valley Resort Amenities will be included.

Please note: This property does have a Ring camera at the front door. No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
