Diese Erdgeschosswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern / 2bath-Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Sun Valley Village. Condo bietet ca. 1000 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen und ist haustierfreundlich. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 36-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, ein Schlafsofa in Einzelgröße und eine komplexe Aussicht. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen 65-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und eine komplexe Aussicht. Dieses Zimmer hat Zugang zu einem vollwertigen Flurbad mit Badewanne / Dusche und einem Einzelwaschtisch. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen 32-Zoll-TV und eine komplexe Aussicht. Dieses Zimmer bietet Zugang zu einem Bad mit einer Dusche und einem Einzelwaschtisch. In diesem Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Es gibt ein kleines Deck am vorderen Eingang der Wohnung mit Gartenmöbeln und einem kleinen Gasgrill. Diese Wohnung hat kein Telefon oder Klimaanlage.

Komplexe Merkmale: Der Atelier-Komplex befindet sich in der Old Dollar Road, direkt gegenüber dem Sun Valley Lake. Die meisten Atelier-Einheiten bieten Zugang zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Sun Valley Resort. Die Sun Valley Resort-Ermäßigungspässe bieten einen besonderen Zugang zu den Pools des Sun Valley Inn, den Olympic- und Kids-Pools (nur im Sommer), zu den Whirlpools, den Umkleideräumen und dem Fitnesscenter. Golf, Tennis, Gun Club und Trail Rides sind ebenfalls mit einer Ermäßigung erhältlich. Atelier-Eigentumswohnungen liegen nur wenige Gehminuten vom Sun Valley Village und dem Sun Valley Pavilion entfernt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus, der etwa 2 Blocks entfernt fährt und Sie in die Bald- und Dollar-Berge sowie in die Innenstadt von Ketchum bringt.

Great location

Great spot on the ground floor. Clean, warm condo with very comfy beds. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms worked out great for us. Not too far from the mountain, not even 10 minutes. 5 minutes to downtown Ketchum.

Convenient Location

A well situated, clean, and organized unit, perfect for two woman xc skiers to enjoy their stay in Sun Valley/Ketchum. We appreciated the double bedroom and bath unit. The grounds had a winter crew who took excellent care of the sidewalks and parking lot. Parking was easy, always space for our car.

First Time in Sun Valley

The condo was great overall. There was a night when the power was out, and we did not get notified. It was out all night long. So the communication between the guest and management could be better. Parking is very limited in the area.

Comfortable and Clean

The furniture is comfortable for sitting and the beds were nice. The kitchen has what appear to be original cabinets and countertops (60s or 70s, I’d guess) but new appliances. One bathroom has been updated, the other is a little long in the tooth, but perfectly functional. Overall, a good value for the price.

Classic Sun Valley Condo

Great little condo that is centrally located to everything in Sun Valley. Very original condo, old but clean. We showered more at the pool than at the condo by choice, the smaller bedrooms bed is really squeaky! Not a lot of storage so plan on locking bikes up on the little porch.

Alpine Lodging was wonderful to work with. The condo itself was clean, quiet and a quick walk to the lodge. It looks like at one point they were two separate condos that were joined, so there was one less neighbor to share walls with (it's the downstairs unit). We were happy to find that it came with access to lodge amenities and actual cocktail glasses (instead of the plastic or 16oz ones you tend to find at many rentals). We also left one of our toiletry bags in the bathroom drawer and they shipped it back immediately. Great customer service - thanks for making our stay effortless and fun!

We even left 2 days early and went to the Tyrolean as this place was so bad. The lighting was virtually non existent in the living room just super bad lighting in dining area. Same for bedrooms. View misrepresented - not mountain - just hills behind the condo. Bathtub in one bathroom no water.
