The property is intended for quiet enjoyment. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Please note: There is a pull-out sofa bed in the upstairs study, which can be converted into a double bed. The top floor is fully private, with a separate entrance, though a quiet couple lives on the lower level.
