Perfectly positioned, this sun-drenched retreat is just a short drive or 15-20 minute walk to Papamoa Beach, close to local restaurants and cafes, and the Papamoa shopping centre, and only a short walk to the Papamoa Sports & Recreation Centre. The Padel Club can even be seen from the house. For those who love the outdoors, there’s easy access to nearby bike trails, and you can reach Mt Maunganui easily via SH2 or along Beach Road.



Sleeping up to 4 guests with a flexible bedding configuration, Papamoa Beach Retreat is ideal for couples, friends, or small families looking to unwind and enjoy everything this vibrant coastal community has to offer.



Room Configuration -



Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x King Bed



Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (can be made up as a 1 x King Bed upon request)

House Rules and Information -



Parking: Double internal garage + 2 x off street parking, including boat parking.



*Security Cameras: There is external camera set up at the front of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
