This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

This completely remodeled first-floor unit features all new furniture, cozy couches in the living room, a luxurious king-sized bed in the bedroom, and a sleek walk-in shower. Relax by the beautiful pool with shaded areas or take advantage of the conveniently located laundry rooms. Enjoy fishing off the dock in the scenic Marco River, with Snook Inn, great restaurants, and shopping just a short stroll away.

Application Fee is $150

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
