This is a rare two level condo on the 2nd floor for less noise from above.
This condo has all hard surface floors. Downstairs as you walk in you will see
a half bath off the fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room &
patio.
The stairwell will lead you up to the master bedroom with an en suite full
bathroom and patio overlooking the lawn below. In the hallway is a stackable
washer & dryer.that is very handy after the beach. The 2nd bedroom features
adult sized bunk beds with double sized mattresses. There is a main bathroom
up stairs as well. We do provide a queen sized airbed for extra sleeping space
- please bring bedding however. Additionally there is a small couch & larger
coach but they are not pull outs.
There is a maximum of 8 people allowed, that includes infants and children
The privacy of having 2 levels is awesome if you have any night owls that want
to stay up while some can catch some zzzs or teens that want to stay up late
downstairs etc Plus, this is definitely one of the largest 2 bedroom condos
you will find at 1200 sq feet on South Padre Island
The Habitat complex where this unit #25 is located is at 104 E Parade Dr,
located just under a block to the public beach & access.point. There is a year
round pool that is perfect for kids as well as a 2nd floor sundeck for adults.
The complex has one drawback in that there is one off street parking space
that provides enough space for 2 cars back to back or 1 larger truck. There is
no guest parking here unfortunately.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
if you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
The condo has free parking, air conditioning, and WIFI by spectrum. Please
note internet can be spotty on the Island though we have the highest
speed/quality available.
This condo is professionally managed by South Padre Trips located at 2600
Padre Blvd. We do provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper,
dishwasher pods and trash bags as well as basic bathroom toiletries though
they are not unlimited nor replenished. Bring extras if you have a larger
group or a full sized family. For those stays 3 nights or more, we have free
linen and towel exchange at our office.
Our City of South Padre Island Short Term rental license is available upon
request.

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made

1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1
time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure
against damages

You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one
or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict
on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.

prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide

messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do
NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements
