Welcome to Dock Holiday, your own slice of coastal paradise in the heart of all the action and located oceanside of 12 North. Whether you have come for picnics on the sand, crashing waves, or checking out the adorable strip of shops and restaurants here in town, there will be no delay with such a central location. The beach is a breezy walk from home. Yet, you won\'t have to worry about heading out every time you want to soak up some sunshine with the furnished deck, gas grill, private pool, and ample outdoor seating right at home base! There\'s even a basketball net for some fun family competition. Inside, the fun will continue, as larger groups will love being able to spread out between three spacious floors. The upper level will be the hub for preparing homecooked meals, hosting game nights at the dining table, or watching favorite movies. Wake up in the morning with a barista-quality coffee using the Nespresso machine, and in the evenings step out to the deck to sip a favorite cocktail as the sun goes down. Looking for a bit more excitement? Well, the lower level has another living area with a smart TV and foosball table. A work desk and high-speed WiFi are ideal for remote work or online school. And don\'t forget to take advantage of the on-site amenities, including two outdoor pools (one of which is beachfront), a heated indoor pool, clubhouse, extensive exercise equipment facility, racquetball court, game room, locker rooms, sitting room, tennis courts, and a courtyard with a playground. With so much to see and do here in Duck, you may find yourself returning to Dock Holiday year after year to experience it all! The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $60 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 Hours advance notice.
