The cottage is nestled in the woods and has a nice view of the surrounding countryside. With 2,000 square feet of space and two living areas, there's plenty of room for a large family gathering. And the two-stall attached garage provides lots of storage space for all your gear.

A large deck and a fire pit area provide abundant spaces for the family to gather in the great outdoors!

You'll experience the peace and quiet you're looking for, as the cottage is 1/4 mile off the road. But it's only two miles to Short's Brewery, and less than 10 minutes to Torch Lake or Shanty Creek Resort. Glacial Hills Trails (31.5 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing) is right next door.

The home was built in 1979 but has recently been renovated inside.

**For winter rentals** the last section of the driveway is quite steep, so, AWD or 4WD vehicles are preferred in the winter, but there is a parking space 200' away from the house for two-wheel-drive vehicles to park if necessary.

We have two other houses that share our 45 acres at "Glacier Hills." If you have a really large group, you may want to consider those additional spaces.
